Typewritten and bound transcript of an interview conducted by Rebecca Ream for the Missionary Oral History Project of the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies at Brigham Young University on 19 Jan. 1993. Lind talks about her early life in Midvale, Utah. Lind discusses her experiences as a missionary for the Mormon Church in Samoa. She tells about the growth of thw Western Samoan Mission and about her life since her mission.

Plans for the David O. McKay building began in 1952 after an evaluation by the Brigham Young University College of Education concluded that the existing building for the College of Education were no longer meeting the growing needs of the program. Plans were officially announced in February of 1954 with the completion deadline being set for December of the same year.
